Power control system with a set of software and hardware tools for creating power facilities automation systems. Designed in accordance with the IEC 61850 standard.
- Upper level – Servers IM SER-4/6C-16/32G;
- Middle level – Communication controllers IM COC-1;
- Lower level – Cell Controllers IM CEC-1/3/5/12, Bay Controllers IM BAC-6/11/12, Telecontrol modules IM-TCM-4.
- Analog signals collection and primary processing;
- Digital signals collection and processing;
- Remote and local control;
- Automatic control;
- Technological and protective operational blocking;
- Warning and emergency signaling;
- Technological process events registration and archiving with an accuracy of 1 ms;
- Emergency situations registration with an accuracy of 1 ms;
- Power quality parameters registration and calculation;
- Power facility main and auxiliary equipment operational diagnostics, resource calculation, troubleshooting;
- Secondary and communication equipment operational diagnostics;
- Data transmission to dispatch centers and network control centers.
